Airport car service in Rancho Santa Margarita, step by step
Most airport rides go smoothly when a few details are settled when you book. These are the ones that matter here.
Which airport and terminal
SNA is the usual choice and has its own terminals. Tell us your airline and flight time, and we work back from there to set the pickup. If you fly out of Long Beach or LAX instead, say so, because the start time changes a lot.
Leaving from a gated community
Dove Canyon and Rancho Cielo are guard-gated. Give us the community name, the street address and any gate code or guest-list step when you book. That way the car is not waiting at the gate while someone sorts out entry.
The toll road and your route
The 241 toll road runs through the city, and Santa Margarita Parkway has ramps to it. Whether the toll road makes sense depends on the hour and your airport, and the chauffeur picks the route on the day.
Arriving home
On the way back, send us the arrival details when you have them. We plan the ride to your door, whether that is a house near the lake or a home up in Trabuco Highlands.
Kids, clubs and cases
Ask for a child seat when you book. Golf clubs, strollers and extra cases are fine, so mention them when you book and we choose the right vehicle.
