Getting around La Habra with a driver
La Habra sits at the top corner of Orange County, with Brea on one side, Fullerton on another and La Habra Heights and Whittier to the north. A few local details make a booked ride easier.
No freeway of its own
The city has no freeway running through it. Beach Boulevard (SR 39), Imperial Highway (SR 90) and Whittier Boulevard (SR 72) are the state highways that serve it. Most rides begin on those boulevards, so the hour you leave matters, and we plan around it when you book.
Downtown and the Depot
The Children’s Museum at La Habra at 301 S. Euclid Street is partly housed in a 1923 Union Pacific depot, and the Phantom Projects Theatre sits next door at 311 S. Euclid. Families and theater guests are common pickups here. Give us the entrance you want and we note it on the booking.
Corn Festival days
The La Habra Corn Festival, run by the Host Lions Club since 1947, takes over La Habra Boulevard between Euclid and Cypress Streets near City Hall. Tell us which side of the street you want to be dropped on.
Westridge and the hills
Westridge is a gated hillside neighborhood on the east side of the city. For a pickup behind a gate, send the gate details and a phone number for the guest, and we plan the arrival around them.
Shopping across the line
Brea Mall, at 1065 Brea Mall, sits where the 57 freeway meets Imperial Highway in neighboring Brea. Plenty of La Habra shopping and dining trips end there, and so do airport runs that use the 57.
Early starts and late returns
Flights leave at odd hours and dinners run long. Because the phone line is open 24/7, a pickup before sunrise or after midnight is an ordinary booking. We agree the time with you and write it into the plan.
Children and extra bags
Child seats are available on request, so tell us the ages when you book. The biggest vehicle we send is the SUV, which has room for six riders and their luggage.
