Tell us where you are flying and with which airline, and whether you are leaving or collecting someone. That tells us where to set the pickup and the drop-off.
What to send
The flight number, the pickup address, the number of travelers and the bags. Mention a child seat if you need one.
Leaving from a resort
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel (One Ritz-Carlton Drive) and the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach (One Monarch Beach Resort) both list Dana Point addresses. Guests of either can book a car with the hotel name and the guest’s name.
The LAX trip
LAX is about 57 road miles away, so we plan the earliest start for it. Long Beach is about 35 miles.
Coming home
If you land at John Wayne in the evening, send the flight details when you book. We arrange the pickup for the time you expect to reach the curb.
