Planning an executive ride in Lake Forest
A short list of facts lets us plan a clean executive ride. Send these when you book.
Who is riding
Give the traveler’s name and a phone number, and tell us if an assistant is booking on their behalf. We confirm the plan with whoever you name.
Where and when
Send the full pickup address, the time the meeting starts and the destination. Lake Forest has several look-alike business and hotel entrances, so a building name helps.
Flights
For an arrival, share the airline and flight number. John Wayne Airport is roughly 12 to 15 road miles from the city, Long Beach is about 35, and LAX is about 52. We plan the departure with you around those distances.
Multiple stops
If a day includes a meeting, a lunch and a hotel, tell us the order. An hourly booking may fit better, and our hourly car service in Lake Forest page explains how it works.
Groups
An SUV takes up to six people with luggage. For a larger delegation, call us and we talk through a plan with more than one car.
Leaving on time
Give us the time you need to be on the road, and we work out the pickup so you reach the door early.
Child seats
Traveling with family? Ask for a child seat when you book.
Conference days
When a conference puts several guests in the same hotel, send us the list of names and the times they leave. We can plan more than one ride and confirm each with you.
After-hours changes
Meetings run long and flights shift. Our line at 747-309-0639 is open 24/7, so a change late in the evening reaches us without delay.
Return trips
If you want the same car for the ride back, say so at booking. Describing the whole trip at once keeps the plan tidy and the fare clear.
