Planning executive car service in Santa Ana
A working day goes better when the car is planned like a meeting. This is what we ask for.
Your times, in order
List each stop with the time you need to arrive, not the time you want to leave. We work backward from those arrival times to choose the pickup.
The courthouse
The Central Justice Center is a full security facility, so allow for the line at the door. Tell us the courtroom time and we plan accordingly.
Between offices
South Coast Metro blends Santa Ana and Costa Mesa, so a short ride can cross a city line. Give us the street address and suite, since both help the chauffeur find the right entrance.
Guests arriving by train
If a client reaches Santa Ana by Amtrak or Metrolink, the Regional Transportation Center is the stop. Send the train details and we plan the meeting point with you.
Airport hand-offs
For flights out of John Wayne, give us the airline and departure time. For Long Beach or LAX, say so up front, as those trips are longer and need an earlier start.
Early starts and late finishes
Executive schedules don’t follow office hours. A 6 a.m. pickup for an early flight and an 11 p.m. return from a dinner are both normal bookings, and our phone is answered 24/7.
Working in the back seat
Many clients use the ride to read files, join a call or prepare for a hearing. Tell us if you want a sedan for a solo traveler or an SUV for a team that needs room to spread out.
Child seats and luggage
Child seats are available on request, and an SUV takes six passengers with bags.
